National Minimum Wage Increase – Biggest Since 2008

The government has confirmed a rise in the National Minimum Wage from £6.50 to £6.70, as of October 2015.
The rise, which is a difference of 3% is the largest increase in the wage since 2008. According to gov.uk, the increase is set to benefit a massive 1.4 million of Britain’s lowest-paid workers.
