We can accommodate different rates of pay per individual employee and different rates for different hours, for example day rates, overtime, weekend rates, etc. If you have staff making home visits we can also include expenses payments and holiday payments calculations to be shown on their payslips. We can either supply you with printed, sealed payslips or email payslips to you, or directly to your staff. As a matter of course, we also send you full reports including payslip summaries and HMRC disbursement reports. SGW Payroll Ltd can save you time at Payroll Tax Year end. We will produce reports for P14’s and P35 and will electronically file them in good time with HMRC. No need for you to take time out to balance the figures and to beat the HMRC deadline. In addition we will produce P60's for your staff sent directly to you to distribute to your staff. You can further reduce your paperwork by utilising the flexible HR support via our third party associate, Magenta Moon who is very experienced in HR for care homes and can advise on health & safety, employment law, can offer telephone advice on any personnel or HR issues and talk in plain English.
